Unreal 4, Blueprints

 

What I Did:​

  • Initial concept and pitching of various game mechanics.

  • Implemented character skills, loots, quest, crafting and summoning system with Blueprint.

  • Scripted additional tools with blueprints for setting up levels and sceneries quickly.

  • Created levels using modular art assets provided.

  • Collaborated with team to define, review and integrate necessary assets.

  • Iterate on levels and progression regularly to balance the pacing of the game based on playtest feedback.

  • Written dialogue for characters.

  • Made use of spreadsheet and datatables with Unreal Engine 4 for data driven work.
